Nox Print's Jewelry Design and Casting division creates custom rings, pendants, charms, and earrings in Raleigh, North Carolina using a digital-first process: each piece is designed in CAD, 3D printed as a high-resolution casting pattern, investment-cast in the customer's choice of precious metal — including silver and gold — and finished by hand, with gem setting available.
Rings, pendants, charms, earrings, and one-off commissions all start as a CAD model you can preview and revise before any metal is poured. Digital design means exact ring sizes, perfect symmetry, and details — engraving, filigree, hidden messages — that traditional wax carving can't match.
We cast in a selection of precious metals and alloys including sterling silver and gold. High-resolution SLA printing produces the casting pattern, so the final piece carries crisp detail straight from the digital model through investment casting to polished metal.
Finished castings can be set with gemstones in-house — prong, bezel, and flush settings sized precisely in CAD before casting, so every stone seats correctly.
